Hernia Treatment
A hernia occurs when fatty tissue or an organ protrudes through a defect in the muscle or connective tissue. Common types of hernias include groin (inguinal), belly button (umbilical), and upper abdomen (epigastric). Hernias can also result from a prior incision.
Because each person is different, our board certified surgeons work with each patient individually to evaluate your condition and determine the best treatment plan for you. In most circumstances, a minimally invasive approach can be discussed. Our doctors and staff are available to answer questions and address any concerns you may have.
